Cortney Thomson and Angie Farmer of White Label Group

Cortney Thomson founded White Label Group in 2015. With more than two decades running operations inside large organisations and high-growth start-ups, she built White Label Group to give other businesses access to senior operational expertise without a full-time hire.

Jami Emerson Cheneval is the founder of Cheneval Advisory, an AI adoption consultancy that works in partnership with White Label Group. Her background is in administration and automation engineering, and her focus is on what AI adoption actually requires inside a business, rather than AI theory.

Cortney and Jami share the same approach to client work. Both train a client's staff to maintain new systems, rather than keeping the client dependent on outside consultants. Both are also willing to build things directly, such as documented processes or AI workflows, when that speeds up the result.

Cortney brings 23 years of experience building operational systems. Jami brings hands-on experience training organisations to adopt AI. White Label Group and Cheneval Advisory deliver both together, under one engagement.
