A six-week program from White Label Group, with Cheneval Advisory

Build Your AI Co-Founder

For founders building a business on their own terms. Over six weeks, you set up AI to take on the operational work across five areas of your business, and create new capacity as a founder. We help you discover what more you're capable of as a leader in your industry when you have AI as a thought partner. Cortney Thomson and Jami Emerson Cheneval guide you through every step, with a live call each Wednesday night.

Who this is for

You use AI every week, but your business still runs the same way.

Most of the women we work with built their business themselves. There's no co-founder to talk a decision through with at 10pm, or to interrogate the numbers for the insights hidden in them. Every gap in the business is yours to fix, and you've discovered that admin takes up most of the time you have for the work you really want to do.

You probably already use AI to draft an email or summarise a document. Some of you have set up projects and saved prompts. This is a great start. But if the same tasks are still on your plate, even if they happen faster, AI hasn't moved your business anywhere new. That's when you need an AI thought partner.

When we asked people registering for our webinar what their biggest time drain was, they told us:

  • Admin across all my clients
  • Following up on leads, and losing track of who I haven't contacted
  • Creating content for several channels
  • Working on too many projects and staying on track with each one
  • Too many communication platforms and too much information to keep across

If even one of those sounds like your bottleneck, this program is for you.

Why a co-founder

An admin assistant does the tasks. A co-founder helps you think.

Most people use AI as an admin assistant: write this, summarise that. It saves time, and it's where most people stop, because it's familiar: AI does a task you already do, only faster. A co-founder is the person you think a decision through with, who covers the areas you're weaker in so you can spend your time on what you do best. In this program, we set AI up to play that role as your thought partner.

AI as an admin assistantAI as your co-founder
Completes the task you hand itResearches a decision and puts more options in front of you
Handles repetitive, hands-on workTakes on the parts of the business you're less good at
Leaves all the strategic thinking with youShows you what your current reports don't tell you
Saves you time on individual tasksFrees up your time for the work only you can do

The difference starts with the question you ask.

Instead of askingAsk your co-founder
Write this emailHow do I move this client forward, and why?
Summarise this reportWhat here should change what I do next?
Make me a content planWhat am I missing about my customers' needs?
Fix this spreadsheetWhat is this data telling me that I'm ignoring?

You still make every decision. AI cannot be accountable for your business. You are.

The return on AI

Most people measure the hours AI saves them and never decide what those hours are for.

AI pays you back in three ways.

  • Time

You do the same work faster.

  • Quality

You do the same work better, with sharper thinking and fewer misses.

  • Capacity

You get time, energy and purpose: capacity to stretch and use your superpowers to take the business further.

Capacity only pays you back if you know how to spend it.

Don't spend it on more repetitive tasks you could pay someone to do. Spend it on the things no one else can do, not even AI. That's how AI becomes your competitive edge: it gives you the capacity to be more of you.

In this program, we coach you through the capacity you'll gain as a founder, and give that decision as much time as the setup. Week 6 ends with a written plan for where your hours go from January 2027.

What founders use their capacity for

  • Updating the strategic vision of the business, using better data insights from AI
  • Developing new ideas and launching them to market
  • Connecting with their industry and gathering intelligence to stay competitive
  • Documenting their own process for generating leads and closing sales, so they can hire the right person to do it
  • Learning a skill the business needs next, such as pitching, hiring, coding or public speaking
  • Finishing at a reasonable hour, and taking a holiday while the business keeps running

How it works

We start with how you work, before any tool

This is the order White Label Group has worked in with clients for 11 years: map how the business runs, then build the systems around it.

  1. Step 1

Know your process and your superpowers

Every leader has a process for taking in information and making decisions. You read the sales report, reconcile the accounts, run the Monday meeting. Parts of that process are where your best judgement comes from. Through coaching, you map that process and name the parts only you can do.

  2. Step 2

    Decide what AI takes on

Once you can see your process, you choose which parts AI does for you, which parts it helps you think through, and which stay yours. When AI takes over part of how you get your insights, the rest of your process has to change with it. Otherwise you lose the insight you used to get from doing the work yourself.

  3. Step 3

Build new superpowers with the time

With the operational work handled, you decide where your capacity goes, and you build the skills for the work you have been putting off, such as a new offer, a bigger client or a second revenue stream.

What you keep: judgement calls, relationships and trust, your point of view, the reasons behind how you work.

What AI does, or helps you think through: first drafts and formatting, research and summaries, repetitive admin, pressure-testing your ideas.

Coaching, built in

Leadership coaching runs through every week

Cortney is an experienced leadership coach trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Each weekly lesson includes coaching exercises that help you uncover your process, name your superpowers, and decide where to direct the capacity AI frees up.

Every participant also gets a 30-minute one-on-one coaching session with Cortney, to work on your own business and your own plan.

The six weeks

One week on you, then one week for each area of your business

Weeks 2 to 6 follow the same rhythm. You choose the tasks in that area worth handing to AI and set up an assistant to do them. Then you set AI up as a thought partner for the decisions in that area. Every Wednesday call ends with a skills lab, where Jami builds a workflow live, step by step.

Everyone covers the same five areas. Because you're working with an operations specialist and an automation engineer, we tailor the setup to the platforms you already use, whether that's your email, accounting software, online store or CRM.

  1. Week 1, led by Cortney

Your process, your superpowers and your vision

Coaching to map how you lead and make decisions, what only you bring, and what you want the business to become. You write the business context document that every AI tool in the program works from, and you learn which information is safe to give AI.

  2. Week 2

    Customer communication

Assistant: the repetitive, template-based, high-volume emails and enquiries.

Thought partner: what your customers keep asking for that you haven't acted on.

  3. Week 3

    Marketing and content

Assistant: drafts, scheduling and repurposing content across channels.

Thought partner: what you're not saying that your customers need to hear. The content that needs your voice stays yours.

  4. Week 4

    Admin and money

Assistant: receipts, invoices, categorisation and payment reminders.

Thought partner: what your numbers are telling you, so you still read your business closely.

  5. Week 5

    Sales and follow-up

Assistant: tracking leads and preparing follow-ups for your approval.

Thought partner: which clients and offers to focus on, and why. You keep the relationships.

  6. Week 6

    Planning and your capacity plan

Use AI to think through where your freed-up hours go from January 2027, and write the plan. Then review all five areas: what's running, what needs adjusting, and who keeps it current after the program ends.

AI skills, levelling up

Hands-on support from an automation engineer

Jami is an automation engineer, skilled at shaping software and AI to fit her needs. Every week she runs a 30-minute AI skills lesson, so you learn current techniques that give your business a competitive edge. For example, you'll learn how to add an animation to your website in 10 simple steps.

The webinar showed what's possible. In the skills lessons, Jami walks you through builds step by step, set up for the platforms you use.

Workflows Jami runs in her own business

  • AI finds every invoice and receipt in her inbox, files it in a shared folder and logs it in a spreadsheet.
  • She updates her online store by describing the change to AI, instead of editing each page herself.
  • She built and edits her website with AI.
  • AI reviews her sales data by stockist and tells her where to focus next. The assistant collects the data, then the thought partner works out what it means.

What you finish with

AI working across five critical areas of your business

And a renewed focus for your growth in 2027.

  • AI assistants and agents set up across your business
  • AI set up as a thought partner for decisions in each of those areas
  • Your AI operating roadmap, and a maintenance schedule
  • A business context document, so your AI tools work from accurate information
  • A clear picture of how you lead, what only you bring, and the business you're building
  • A capacity plan for 2027, and a plan for who keeps your setup current

Your hosts

An operations specialist and an automation engineer

Cortney and Jami both started in administration. They focus on how work actually gets done once a decision is made, and they teach you to run the systems yourself after they leave.

Together they work with corporate clients on streamlining operational systems and supporting AI adoption. They run this program because they want to see women-founded businesses thrive.
